8 – Shuto Nakahara

Coming to the club having been a designated player at Giravanz Kitakyushu while at University Nakahara went straight into our midfield playing as the deep lying schemer who starts the play.

Nicknamed Kacho by the fans due to resemblance to a salary man he is a quite unassuming figure, but plays with intelligence in his role between lines and rarely gives the ball away.

He has a good passing range, and will be our first choice as midfield anchor, but with his intelligence I like him higher up on the pitch where he can do more damage and make use of his improving long shooting.

Unfortunately we don’t really have any other options to play as the deepest midfielder so he will likely start the season there.
