Playing all in red they used to be known as Kumamoto Rosso (Italian for red) before also adding an ‘a’ to be Roasso. According to wikipedia because it is Italian for ace, but presumably more because Mt. Aso is in Kumamoto.
Only an hour away from Fukuoka, but without having the history yet to be seen as a hated rival.
